Documents required

When applying for a sponsor license, you will generally need to submit several documents to support your application. The specific documents required may vary depending on the type of organisation and the category of license you are applying for. Here are some common documents that are typically requested:

  1. Most recent Business Bank Statement.

  2. Employers' Liability Insurance Certificate.

  3. Lease agreement (signed by all parties).

  4. HMRC Letter containing PAYE Reference Number & Accounts Office Reference Number.

  5. Certificate of VAT registration.

  6. Additionally, if your business requires mandatory registrations to operate such as a food license, alcohol license, or petroleum license, you will have to provide proof of these registrations.

In addition to the documents mentioned above, you will also need to provide the following information:

  1. Comprehensive employee list, including their full names and job titles.

  2. Hierarchy chart outlining the organization's structure, indicating directors, employees, and any vacant positions.

  3. Specify the position you intend to fill. We can offer guidance regarding eligible roles for sponsorship under the sponsor license scheme.

These are general examples, and the specific document requirements may vary based on the specific circumstances of your application. We will advise you on exactly what is required by the Home Office for your application to be successful.
