Cost of assigning a certificate of sponsorship

Once you have been allocated a Certificate of Sponsorship, the next step is to assign to the Skilled Worker.

The cost of assigning a CoS is £199.

In addition to the fees for assigning a CoS, there may be other costs that you need to consider. For example, you may also need to pay the Immigration Skills Charge (ISC) when assigning a CoS. The ISC is a fee that UK employers must pay for each skilled worker they sponsor. The current rate of the ISC is £364 per year for SMEs and £1,000 per year for large businesses.

Assigning a Certificate of Sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa involves various fees and costs that you need to be aware of. As a UK sponsor license holder, it is important to understand these costs and factor them into your budget. If you need help navigating the sponsorship process or have any questions about the costs involved, contact us, and speak with one of our immigration solicitors.
