The application fee for a Skilled Worker Visa from outside the UK is £625 for a visa valid for up to three years, £1,235 for a visa valid for more than three year.

In addition to the application fee, in most cases the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), which gives access to the UK's National Health Service (NHS), will be payable. The IHS costs £624 per year for most visa applicants, but there are reduced rates for some applicants, such as students and those applying for a healthcare visa.
